The Kim/Park family is the most influential and yet controversial celebrity family in Korea. They own brands, there’s a reality show about their daily lives and they’re always on the news for this scandal or another.
Popular rapper Jeongguk, after many misunderstandings, has stopped caring about his reputation and all the things the media paints him out to be.
That’s why, when he first sees Park Jimin, youngest son of the infamous family, he doesn’t care for the drama surrounding him. He just sees him as who he is: the most gorgeous person Jeongguk has ever seen.
“Did he hurt you?” Jungkook asks, clenching his fists.
“Oh no,” Jimin quickly shakes his head, “he never hit me.”
“Jimin,” Jungkook sighs heavily, fondly exasperated, “that’s not the only way you can hurt a person.”
or: Jimin starts again after an abusive relationship and meets Jungkook along the way of his recovery. Jungkook doesn’t save him, but he sure is there while Jimin saves himself.
“I love you,” Jeongguk confesses, “I’m sorry that makes me both your umbrella and the rain.”
or: Jeongguk and Jimin are in a constantly on-and-off relationship and it’s starting to piss everybody off.
